Martinez & Associates accepts only non-lending engagements. That single constraint — no AMC work, no lender timelines, no institutional relationships — is the most important thing to know about how we work.

When an attorney retains us, the analysis we produce is developed with the understanding that it will be deposed, scrutinized by opposing experts, and potentially argued before a judge or jury. Every narrative, every exhibit, every comparable selection is documented to the standard it takes to hold up under that pressure.

We operate under USPAP, Yellow Book (federal eminent domain), and RICS standards as applicable. William Martinez holds the ASA (American Society of Appraisers) and MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) designations — credentials that are recognized in both U.S. courts and international proceedings.
